The night sky has always fascinated humankind, and its planets, some known to people for as long as they’ve been watching the stars, have been of huge importance to countless civilizations. Today, they bear the names of ancient Roman gods, notably Mercury, god of commerce; Venus, goddess of love; Mars, god of war; and Jupiter, sky-god. Tonight, we’re lowering our gaze to the runway as you embody these heavenly bodies on the floor.

But their love story takes a turn when Psyche, riled by her jealous sisters, lamp and dagger in hand, succumbs to curiosity and approaches her sleeping husband, who, awoken by a drop of burning oil, flees in shock.

The Trinity

A common thread across religion and mythology, triads, trinities and triple deities—like the Greek Moirai, masters of human destinies, or the Holy Trinity—have always held a special place in the realm of the divine. In this spirit, Nobis, Latin for “us”, invites you to storm the runway as a trio, representing the best your house has to offer.

Houses will need to register one group to represent them on the floor by November 18th. Upon registration and confirmation, you’ll receive a selection of premium outerwear from Nobis to choose from and will need to bring it in a cohesive look, incorporating the pieces you’ve selected into your effect. The overall aesthetic, fashion, styling, and direction remain completely up to you. You’ll, of course, get to keep all items after the ball, in appreciation for your participation, and the winning house will take home the cash prize. 

Groups must absolutely consist of three members—one Male Figure, one Female Figure, and one Legend or Icon, deemed for any category—from a single house. Six groups maximum.
